Here’s a question for the Dad’s out there that read this…what stroller should we get? We currently have a Graco Quattro Tour Travel System but since Izzy’s outgrown the car seat/carrier we’re considering replacing it with something else. While we like the Buggaboo’s, Peg Perego’s, and Maclaren’s I don’t think we want to spend that kind of money. (I’m not sure we can even find them inTampa.)
Any suggestions? We’d like something lightweight but I think we really like the cup holder. Keep in mind that we DRIVE everywhere, this isn’t New York, it’s Tampa. This stroller is more likely to see parking lots and malls than it is sidewalks (most of Tampa doesn’t even HAVE sidewalks).

Honest to god, I paid out the ass for a stoller for my first one and — barely used it. Barely used it for my next two, either.
I live in the mountains and take my 3 (ages 7, 4, & 3) on hikes and a stroller is a waste of effort (and always has been). The oldest two prefer to walk and poke around and when the youngest gets tired, I just carry him.
My advice (and consider the source) is to invest as little as possible in a stroller but keep in mind all the safety factors. Then remember that you’re best bet is one of those mayan baby slings.

Actually, we have a sling, and neither one of us likes it. We prefer the Bjorn. The sling puts to much weight on a single shoulder while the Bjorn balances it across the whole body better.
