This is it. TuneBar is released. Wanted to make sure I got it out there before my computer was possibly wiped off the face of the planet by some guy named Charley.
TuneBar was develped using VB.net and the iTunes SDK. It is a windows toolbar to control iTunes and get it off the taskbar.
Enjoy, and use at your own risk!

Hi. I love the idea and thank you for making tunebar. I installed it for all users and restarted. I then expected it to either appear in the system tray or taskbar upon login or upon running iTunes, but neither happened. There doesn’t seem to be an appropriate .exe in the programs folder so I’m a bit stuck. I’d love to get it going though. Could this be because I haven’t installed some (previously) non-essential .net downloads from Windows Update? Cheers, Bill (XP Pro SP1)

There doesn’t seem to be an appropriate .exe in the programs folder, only setup, so I’m a bit stuck. I’d love to get it going though.

PS. Tried to comment on this blog post already but got some ugly errors followed by a temp ban. Tried using your contact form and that baulked because Firefox wouldn’t pass you http referrer info. Maybe they worked all the same - sorry if I’ve doubled up.
