I had these albums, I loved them. In fact I think my parents still have them. I’m downloading the mp3’s now. They’ll be on the iPod for work this week.
Go visit Seaseme Seventies!

Just htought I’d update you all on my iBook predicament. They called yesterday and left a message. I’ve since called (long distance) and left them 2 messages. The call I recieved was from Patrick in Corporate Executive Relations. No return call yet. Last call I left was 10AM EST today.
Thanks to UtterlyBoring I’ve changed the ‘Say It’ to a link. Blends much better than that button!
UPDATE: Apparently it doesn’t like double-quotes. Just an FYI!
So, this fell from the tree next to our house today. We’re VERY lucky that it didn’t hit our house or a car. That’s about two feet thick.
Thanks to Chris Pirillo, and Loyd, and Dane Carlson. I now have a voice! Okay, so that’s as cheesy as what everyone else is saying. I never claimed I was witty though. Check it out. Click the “Say It!” button and listen to rich lull you into submission with clever subliminal messages…actually he’ll just read you that entry. Or 49 words of it…
On the topic of the piece I co-wrote. I missed the read through….Monday was a crappy day and I completely forgot about it. I’ll try to post updates as to how the production is going. If you’re familiar with the Nick Cave album, we did a comedy around Curse of Milhaven.
Here’s the links I have about the show for now…
Jobsite Theater
and
Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center
So, I encourage everyone to go see Cloud 9 by Jobsite Theater. It’s a great production and LOADS of fun. You can buy tickets onlne from the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. I recommend buying in advance. I saw it Saturday and they were sold out!!
Have fun. Support live theater. If you don’t go I’ll ping your blog for the next show. Since it’ll have a piece I wrote!
Okay, came acorss this via Blogdex and cheesebikini?. Flash mobbing. Via email a large group of people are contacted to assemble (seemingly spontaneously) at a location only to dissipate 10 minutes later.
It’s a brilliant idea and I think classifies as performance art. I think it could also be a useful means of protest if the crowd is large enough. Reagardless, it looks like fun and should be done everywhere.
I believe there’s a phrase for this…poetic terrorism or something…someone who read that book should remind me.
No, I don’t even remember the books name.
Joe, sent me a comment..
dude… all you need for extended AppleCare is a tax ID. I’m in Florida also, and its easy to get and worth it so you can buy your Apple gear as a “business”. I just extended mine, and the ID is all they needed to sell it to me.
This is true. I knew this. However, how many times has the mainboard been replaced in your machine Joe? The iBook’s on it’s 3rd mainboard (that’s 2 replacements), I shouldn’t have to spend $300 and get a Tax ID so that I can have them replace it again 3 months down the road. I got a lemon. I want it taken care of.
I sent Customer Relations and Steve Jobs a letter yesterday.
So I was working in the yard today and came across these wonderful creatures. The first is a Spinybacked Orbweaver…
The other is some big locust thing…
