Enough sales.

We met with a realtor last night. She thinks it will sell within 45 days. Which is great. We’re going to look at a house in Tampa tonight. It’s looking good. If we’re REALLY lucky, we’ll get an offer in the next week making buying a house a lot easier!

This whole process is a pain in the ass. I wish we had enough money to just buy the damn house outright and not have to deal with a bank. Our bank has great rates. But they are not helpful at all. In fact they seem more confused when I say things like, “How will this work with selling one and buying another?”

Regardless, I’m pretty excited. Once I get in house in Tampa and can focus on some other pursuits a little more.
